Embracing an innovative “leagile” strategy, our centralised supply chain ensures a reliable and cost-effective supply of high-quality products, contributing to the success of our brands in the QSR sector. Leveraging economies of scale, rebates and discounts, we minimise expenses and maximise profit margins to stay ahead in a competitive market.
As we expand, we actively support local vendors, upholding our commitment to the local economy. Our Procurement team collaborates with Quality Assurance to maintain high standards, implementing a rigorous supplier approval process.
Our recent surveillance audits reaffirmed our commitment to excellence, covering Quality Management, Environmental Management, Occupational Health and Safety, and Food Safety Management Systems.
Our nationwide pie production facilities are experiencing substantial growth, catering to both Food Concepts brands and others. The Company’s phased expansion plans are designed to meet the growing demands of the market.
The Central Kitchen in Lagos blends our Authentic West African spice mixes and prepares other items for all our Brands. Our ability to secure our proprietary recipes and intellectual property, vital to the success of the company, is made possible by the Central Kitchen. The Central Kitchen supplies all Lagos-based stores with regular deliveries of fresh vegetables facilitated by refrigerated distribution vehicles. Our ability to manage the volume growth across the value chain is aided by the deployment of these vehicles throughout Lagos. Additional facilities will soon be opening in other parts of Nigeria.
Looking ahead, our commitment to operational excellence includes key infrastructure investments and a warehouse automation project. Building a resilient supply chain culture is a priority, ensuring our ability to anticipate and respond to challenges.
With an unwavering commitment to excellence, we are confident in driving success in the QSR sector while positively impacting the local economy.
