FCCP Properties Limited is focused on servicing the group’s property development needs. In the past this has included the revamp of older Chicken Republic restaurants, conceptualisation of the generation 4 Chicken Republic stores and remodelling Reeds Thai Fusion Restaurant & Lounge.

As part of its strategy, FCCP owns and controls approximately 72,000 square feet of retail space in the form of 22 properties spread across Nigeria. In line with growing its property portfolio and retail space, FCCP is in the final stages of signing an agreement with a leading mortgage bank to jointly develop 10 mid-sized retail arcades across the country.

The retail arcades will include Chicken Republic as an anchor brand, together with, other retailers like pharmacies, cobblers, banking kiosks, phone stores, mini marts, and so on.
