Central Processing Plant

We are proud of the fact that our product ranges are unique and place great emphasis on ever-improving and maintaining their taste, quality and uniformity. With this in mind, we established a fully-fledged, state-of-the-art central kitchen and premix plant in 2009. Led by our team of industry leading food technologists, this facility serves as a laboratory to facilitate four key areas of product innovation and development. These comprise:

  • Continual development of existing products to improve taste, quality and uniformity
  • Research and development of new products in order to address the changing needs of our valued customers
  • Development and distribution of premixes to reduce cooking time and ensure that product quality and taste are maintained across all our brands and restaurants
  • Centralised bulk purchasing of key ingredients to leverage higher economies of scale
