- Applicant is taken through prequalification questions
- Payment of joining fees
- Credit and reference checks are conducted with the applicants consent
- Based on the successful results of all the above, an interview is arranged between the prospective franchisee and our franchise development team
- Internal approvals process
- Site selection (subject to internal approval)
- Presentation and signing of the franchise agreement
- Franchisee training and construction commences
- Opening (a soft launch is followed by an official media launch)
