Food Concepts Plc, after being thoroughly assessed, have been awarded ISO22000:2018 Food Safety Management System certification, within the scope of providing ready to eat chicken products, burgers, sandwiches and meals at the Lagos Central kitchen and Ilupeju Training School “The Hatchery”

ISO22000:2018 is the latest certification, based on a Food Safety Management System (FSMS) that can be applied to any organisation in the food chain – from farm to fork.

The adoption of a FSMS is a strategic decision for any organisation as it helps to improve overall performance in food safety by addressing the risks associated with its objectives and by consistently conforming to the specified FSMS requirements.

Health, Safety and Consumer Protection are of critical importance to Food Concepts; our recent ISO 22000:2018 certification enables us and drives us to world-class levels of food safety management systems.

In today’s food environment our quality assurance teams are highly motivated and driven to ensure that our customers, staff and shareholders have confidence in our ingredients, products, and suppliers to deliver great-tasting quality food products, consistently to our ever-increasing consumer base.
