In May 2009, Food Concepts achieved ISO certification. In our strive for excellence, within the process of service delivery to our valued customers across our quick service restaurants and bakeries, Food Concepts successfully undertook the Standards for Quality Management Systems Audit (NIS ISO 9001: 2000).
Our primary aim was to improve on our pre-existing operational excellence policy within the company and to ensure that our internal processes align with internationally accepted standards.
In February 2010 Food Concepts also undertook implementation of the Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System. Oracle is expected to help us to increase efficiency, reduce system losses and significantly improve ROI across all business divisions.
The establishment and implementation of quality objectives, which pivot on the provision of extra-ordinary satisfaction to our esteemed customers and shareholders, remains our number one priority.
